Upon our receipt of items, the credit or debit card originally used for the purchase will be credited with the cost of the goods minus the delivery charges, customs duties and taxes if applicable and payment processing fees (exceptions may apply).
Please note that personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the product is faulty.
Please check your order as soon as you receive it. If an item is missing or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
Goods must be returned to us in perfect condition and in their original packaging in order for us to process an exchange or refund.
